2022‘ Commission for a shopping mall client as their merchant manual cover. However, for some reason, it ultimately didn’t go live. Sad🥹but I still love this piece.

The illustration is required for the cover of a new shopping mall's merchants manual. The shopping mall will be located in the center of the city with a profound story. The place has been witnessing how ancient and modern times blend. Within the place, there exists tranquility and turbulence, signifying the era’s journey from past to present. A tapestry of lakes, rivers and seas ultimately converged here. Streams merging, flowing with pure delight. In this Haven, waves whisper their tales, carrying stories of yesteryears on their trails. The whole image attempts to tell the audience this story in a poetic eastern way.
